My New Piece for TIME magazine is Now Live

Earlier this summer I was invited by TIME magazine’s photo blog, TIME LightBox, to reflect on civil rights and Black Lives Matter movement photography.

It was an interesting exercise to play closer attention to the work of leading photojournalists, like Jonathan Bachman (below), Scott Olson, and Whitney Curtis, along with inspiring artists and activists.   I could not be more pleased with how it turned out and am grateful to TIME for the opportunity.
